I’m Roberto D’Alessio, an IT consultant, software engineer and technology entrepreneur.
My journey in computing began in 1988, when tools, networks and systems were very different from those we use today. Since then I have worked across technology generations while continuing to study, design and experiment.
Since 2001, web and software development have been central to my work. Applications have connected me with operating systems, infrastructure, security and business processes: areas that make more sense when considered together.
Today I combine technology consulting and engineering with my role as co-founder and CEO of Notelseit Srls. Technical experience and an entrepreneurial perspective inform my work, while my personal identity remains distinct from the company’s.
What drives me is understanding complex challenges and building solutions that work in practice. That is also what I look for in artificial intelligence: usefulness, oversight and a clear connection to the work people need to do.
