Form data and purpose
Your name, email, optional company, enquiry type and message are used to understand and respond to your request, including before a possible engagement. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request. Required fields are needed to handle the message. They are not used for newsletters or advertising.
Processing and recipients
Messages are sent to info@notelseit.com. Hosting and email providers may process data to deliver their services. The form does not store a message copy in a website database. Servers may record technical information for operation and security; spam protection uses temporary counters based on an IP address fingerprint.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and for obligations connected with any subsequent professional relationship. You can request information about your data or its deletion using the contact address above.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, objection and portability. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. There is no commercial profiling or automated decision-making.

The website code does not include advertising or analytics tools. Your language choice is remembered through a technical cookie and local preference; the theme is stored locally in your browser. Server security protections may use technical cookies. You can delete these preferences in your browser settings.

Do not include passwords, documents or sensitive information that is not necessary for your enquiry. This service is for professional enquiries, not confidential communications requiring a dedicated channel.
